What we deliver

Inspection services

Conventional and advanced non-destructive testing via rope access are key tools in our inspection process — identifying issues early, informing maintenance and monitoring ageing over time.

  • 13GWO wind turbine inspections

Conventional NDT

Preventing failure by identifying and evaluating flaws — from construction through to decommissioning, detecting anomalies that may need specialist follow-up or remediation.

Advanced NDT

Specialist inspection for complex concerns: manufacture and construction defects through to process-induced integrity issues on in-service assets.

Vendor inspection

We act as your interface with suppliers, verifying requirements and quality standards are fully satisfied before a product is dispatched — vendor audits to shipping inspections.

Crane & lifting qualification

Inspection, third-party verification and certification of cranes and lifting equipment, including compliance evaluation and risk analysis.

Technique

Non-destructive testing

NDT establishes the condition of structures including individual bolts, pins and welds — particularly valuable for hull integrity, offshore platforms and drillships. All NDT technicians are PCN qualified. Parts requiring change-out can be replaced through non-intrusive work.

Phased array is an advanced ultrasonic technique requiring minimal dismantling for access — ideal where down-time must be minimised.

Access solutions

Rope access inspection

Industrial rope access lets our technicians reach complex onshore and offshore structures quickly and safely, with minimal scaffolding or downtime. It is ideal for stacked installations, flare booms, underdecks, tanks and confined areas where conventional access is slow or impractical.

  • IRATA-trained technicians
  • Ultrasonic and visual inspection at height
  • Lifting equipment and crane examinations
  • Dropped object surveys in hard-to-reach areas
  • Rigging, rescue and standby cover

Safe

Twin-rope systems with redundant fall protection.

Fast

Rapid deployment without heavy scaffold builds.

Versatile

Flares, towers, hulls, nacelles and subsea bridges.

Certified

IRATA and offshore medical credentials maintained.

Safety critical

Lifting equipment inspection

We go further than basic inspection — our clients must have full confidence in the integrity of safety critical lifting equipment. Critical crane areas we inspect include the pedestal, slew ring, boom, gantry, hook blocks, machine house, A-frame and wire ropes.

  • Thorough examinations
  • Advice on improving use of your lifting equipment
  • Streamlined management of certification packages
  • Assistance with training of client personnel
  • Audits and audit processes

DROPS

Dropped objects prevention

Our team scans an area at height for potential falling hazards, from lost fittings and pipe clamps to ladders and hand rails, checking all primary and secondary securings for static and dynamic dropped object risk. A DROPS study can run standalone or alongside any workscope.

Renewable energy

GWO inspections for the renewable sector

Our technicians hold Global Wind Organisation (GWO) certification, allowing us to deliver inspection and lifting scopes on onshore and offshore wind assets — turbine towers, nacelles, service lifts, davit cranes, hoists and fall arrest systems — under the same quality management applied to our oil and gas work.

Turbine structural NDT

Weld, bolt and flange inspection inside tower and nacelle.

Lifting & LOLER

Service lifts, davits, hoists, slings and below-the-hook equipment.

Dropped object surveys

DROPS scans at height across turbine internals and externals.

Certification management

Digital registers and inspection packages for every asset.
